The owner is incredibly passionate and takes great pride in his food. We loved it so much that we came here twice during our three-day stay in Barcelona, trying different dishes each time—all of them were amazing. If we ever return to the city, we’ll definitely be back!

While exploring nearby, we found this restaurant and decided to give it a try after seeing it mentioned frequently on social media. We ordered grilled green peppers, steak, small sausages, fried squid, and a pint of draught beer. The beer was perfectly chilled, and the grilled green peppers were seasoned generously with coarse salt, making them super flavorful. The fried squid was decent, and the small sausages were tasty, though a bit salty. The steak was just average—too much gristle and fat. I wonder if Spanish steaks are always like this since they look and taste a bit different compared to those in New Zealand. Overall, the food was good, and the price was reasonable. The owner was very nice and friendly, clearly putting effort into the place. Definitely worth a visit—highly recommended!

Very tasty experience. Especially given the price (12-13€ per person), this is probably one of the best experiences we’ve had in Barcelona. The owners are Chinese so that the Spanish food is adapted to a Chinese audience with multiple dishes that can be shared. I would definitely recommend to try the fried octopus which I was really surprised by (even many expensive restaurants can’t keep up with that). All in all very affordable and a fascinating Chinese interpretation of Spanish food!
